To register and use an account on 365jili, you must meet the following requirements without exception. These conditions are in place to protect both you and the integrity of our platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 365jili does not permit minors to access betting services under any circumstances.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of a 365jili employee or affiliated partner.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 365jili or any related platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or organization.

If at any point it becomes apparent that a member does not meet these eligibility requirements, 365jili reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending transactions pending investigation.

Each individual may only hold one active account on 365jili. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. If you already have an account and cannot access it, please contact our support team rather than creating a new one.

Accurate Information Required

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

365jili is required to verify the identity of its members in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation at any point — particularly before processing larger withdrawals. Failure to complete verification may result in delays or restrictions on your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 365jili is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

All transactions on 365jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). We support a range of local payment methods to make funding your account as convenient as possible for Filipino players.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. 365jili aims to process approved withdrawals within one business day. We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal pending account verification or investigation of suspicious activity.

All bets placed on 365jili are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. In all cases, the general betting rules outlined below apply.

Placing Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from 365jili — either on-screen or via your account's bet history. Do not assume a bet has been placed simply because you have entered the amount. Network errors or system interruptions can occasionally prevent a bet from being registered. If you are unsure whether a bet was placed, check your account history or contact support.

Bet Cancellations

Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified. 365jili reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, clear pricing errors, or where a bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed (match-fixing, delayed streams, etc.).

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. The applicable limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 365jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits for specific accounts or events at its discretion and without prior notice.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event or game as confirmed by the governing body or arena operator, as applicable. For Sabong, results are based on official arena declarations. For sports like PBA and NBA, results are based on official league records. 365jili settles bets as promptly as possible after official results are confirmed.

365jili periodically offers bonuses, rebates, free bets, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the relevant wagering requirements have been met.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• 365jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel credited bonuses, or adjust wagering requirements at any time if misuse or abuse is detected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 365jili. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and possible legal action.

• Opening more than one account on 365jili, or registering under another person's identity.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior non-public knowledge of.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player formats.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Using 365jili for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing another person to use your account.

365jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. This may occur due to a violation of these Terms, suspicious account activity, a failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of the member.

In the event that an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation, any verified positive balance will be returned to the member through their registered payment method.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 365jili support at any time. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we encourage you to also explore the self-exclusion tools available on the platform.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that an error has occurred in your account, please contact 365jili support as soon as possible. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.

When a dispute is received, 365jili will investigate the matter using our system records, which are the authoritative source for all account activity. Our investigations are conducted thoroughly and impartially. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

In the event of a system or pricing error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 365jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members. We will communicate any such decision clearly to affected members through their registered contact details.

365jili provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure uptime, data accuracy, and a smooth betting experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365jili shall not be liable for any loss of profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to technical failures, network interruptions, or delays in bet settlement caused by third-party data providers.

You acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that you are responsible for all bets placed from your account. 365jili is not responsible for betting decisions you make or for the financial consequences of those decisions.
